Once you created a user you can follow the instructions for creating profiles for that user. In case you're onboarding a business to Wise you'll need to create both a business as well as a personal profile.

When any of these calls fail you can still go ahead with the next step and we ask the user to provide the missing information. But you should still try to investigate the root cause and fix any data transformation that's required, so it doesn't keep on re-occurring.
