# Currencies

Retrieve the list of currencies supported for transfers, including currency codes and display names.

 - [GET /v1/currencies](https://docs.wise.com/api-reference/legacy/currencies/currenciesget.md): Returns all currencies available for creating transfers. Currency names are returned in English by default — pass an `Accept-Language` header to receive localized names.
